This model was created in collaboration with Mr. Tetsu Kasuya, winner of the 2016 World Barista Championship. Inspired by Mr. Kasuya's winning "4:6 method," the dripper features custom ribs that retain the coffee longer than the standard V60 model, making extraction more stable and easier to control.
