Abaca+ filters are designed specifically for professionals. Extraction precision is increased thanks to its "Fine-Grained" innovation: the creped texture of the paper is more uniform and the mesh even more regular - the filter thickness remains unchanged.
The extraction flow rate is even faster. Extraction is thus conceived as an osmotic flow: osmotic pressure is produced by allowing water to continuously pass through the grind.
NB: It is recommended to pour small quantities regularly rather than a large volume all at once.
