Baratza - Sette 270Wi Electric Grinder
Description
Baratza developed the Sette 270 Wi grinder in partnership with Etzinger, a brand recognized worldwide for the quality and lifespan of their burrs.
The Sette 270 Wi is equipped with 40 mm stainless steel conical burrs, with an innovative design.
The mechanism rotates the outer burr, while the inner burr remains fixed. This mechanism's design doubles the efficiency of this grinder compared to other similar products.
The coffee beans are ground and directly dispensed into the ground coffee bin or your portafilter.
The Baratza Sette 270 Wi grinder grinds from 3.5 to 5.5 grams per second, depending on the coffee roast and grind setting. The burrs are durable and will remain sharp for many years.
Acaia technology (specialist in high-end espresso scales) offers very precise dosing.
This unique design meets the needs of specialty coffee lovers who tend to use specific weight-based recipes for different extraction methods.
The Sette 270 Wi coffee grinder has a simple control panel with an easy-to-read backlit LED display.
Three programmable buttons allow you to set the grinding time to the hundredth of a second.
Each button is set for the following ground coffee doses: 1 = 18 g, 2 = 25 g, 3 = 35 g.
You can easily change and save your own doses by following the instructions provided in the manual.
The Sette 270 Wi offers 31 macro adjustments. It also allows you to adjust the stepless (micro) setting, ideal for espresso grind which requires more precision.
The macro/micro mechanism is directly connected to the conical burr which adjusts immediately and precisely according to your settings.
The integrated convertible holder allows you to grind coffee directly into a portafilter, or into the provided container (for 160 g).
The ground coffee container is made of antistatic ABS. It has a spout to facilitate transfer to your filter.
The portafilter forks are adjustable to fit the dimensions of most portafilters and have an integrated hook for added stability.
The hopper can hold between 300 to 400 g of coffee beans.
