Baratza - Encore ESP Electric Grinder

Following the success of the Encore model, Baratza designed the Encore ESP coffee grinder, which is better suited for espresso grinding.

The 40 mm M2-type conical steel burrs are manufactured in Europe. They ensure uniform grinding.

The innovative dual adjustment mechanism offers micro-steps from 1 to 20 for precise coffee grinding (perfect for espresso) and macro-steps from 21 to 40 for coarser extraction methods, such as filter coffee.

The new internal metal components offer excellent consistency and durable operation.

The Baratza Encore ESP grinder features unique speed control, which controls the burr rotation at 550 RPM. This slow speed helps reduce heat (to prevent burning the coffee), noise, and static generation.

Grinding speed: 1.5 g/sec - 2.4 g/sec

This Baratza Encore ESP grinder offers 2 different operating methods: the On/Off button and the pulse button.

With the On/Off button, simply switch the button to the chosen function to start or stop grinding.

The "pulse" button is located on the front: the Encore ESP grinder will operate as long as you press the button and will stop grinding when you release it.

The Baratza Encore ESP allows grinding into the included 54 mm anti-static dosing cup (and a 58 mm adapter), for cleanly transferring the ground coffee into your espresso machine's portafilter.

A small tray is provided to ensure the ideal distance between the cup and the dispensing spout, to reduce waste.

The Baratza Encore ESP grinder also comes with a hopper for 300g of coffee beans, a receptacle for 120g of ground coffee, and a brush for maintenance.

Maintenance is very simple: the burrs can be easily removed without the need for special tools.
